- To lobby and or advocate by influencing policies, programs, resources and practices towards children in and young people who have left alternative care.
- To provide aftercare support to all children and young people through programs, projects and activities to enhance their transition from care institutions and foster care into the community.
- To empower children and young people to be self-sustaining through skills training, mentorship talks, career guidance, counselling, psycho-social support, social skills, and entrepreneurship skills among other life skills.
- A strong, developmentally-based framework that supports children and young people to develop the skills and resources to grow into mature young adults able to participate fully in community life.
